Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
SAP certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Project Management and Governance certifications are a plus.
13+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a SAP Team Lead role.
Experience in the Fashion Apparel or Textile industry is required.
Industry 4.0, RFID systems, or digital transformation experience will be an advantage.
Strong expertise in SAP ERP with the ability to lead a complete SAP team.
Proven experience in solution design and end-to-end SAP implementation with hands-on involvement.
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end retail processes with implementation experience.
Strong experience in retail/POS systems and integration with manufacturing systems.
SAP Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
Experience in eCommerce platforms is a strong advantage.
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) experience is a strong plus.
Excellent SAP configuration skills and experience in managing system support operations.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with proven SAP leadership experience.

→Plan and oversee system upgrades, maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
→Conduct SAP training programs and lead change management initiatives across the organization.
→Manage SAP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
→Collaborate with IT and digital transformation teams to support strategic digital initiatives.
→Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP-related issues impacting business operations.
→Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements within the respective department.
