Credit Union Teller- Homebase Corinth, NY

• →Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers
• →Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels.
• →Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.
• →Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.
• →Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, with professionalism, and patience to attract to maintain members.
• →Proactive use of fraud-detection resources, to identify suspicious activity early, protect member assets, and uphold integrity of the credit union.
• →Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverage
• →Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members, grow relationships and engage with your peers.

• Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft office products

• Location: Homebase Corinth Branch 2-3 days per week; remaining days will float to Cohoes Branch. *Training may be completed at other HRCCU branch locations that may require other local travel.
• Payrate: $20.00-$24.00, based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position.
