~1 min read- 5 years of contract management for large infrastructure / energy; wind farm experience across development and construction preferred
- Familiarity with FIDIC / EPC environments and Ukrainian construction norms and grid-code basics
- Clear communication in Ukrainian & English (German is a plus)
- Exposure to EBRD / IFI procedures is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
