8–10+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in a senior management or general management position.

Proven experience managing a manufacturing, product-based, e-commerce, or multi-department business.

Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance.

Experience managing production, procurement, supply chains, and quality control.

Proven ability to build and manage teams.

Strong commercial and business development mindset.

Experience managing sales teams and revenue targets.

Experience working with international customers or markets is highly preferred.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Ability to independently identify problems, develop solutions, and implement systems.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing and evolving business environment.
