Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
The role is responsible for supporting HR transformation and digitalization initiatives by assisting in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HR technology solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. It involves coordinating with HR teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation, seamless integration, and efficient HR service delivery. The position also supports end-to-end HR projects, prepares system documentation and user training materials, provides postimplementation support, and contributes to continuous process improvement by staying current with HR technology trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Support the execution of HR transformation initiatives, including HR digitalization, and process improvement projects.
- → Assist in the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology solutions.
- → Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration, issue resolution, and optimal system performance.
- → Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations/Services, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
- → Coordinate and support end-to-end HR projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder communication, documentation, and post-implementation review.
- → Prepare project documentation, user guides, training materials, and conduct user orientation sessions to facilitate successful system adoption and change management.
- → Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system-related issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
- → Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, HR technology trends, and industry best practices, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master 's from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or relevant field.
- Preferably 3- 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1- 2 years of related functional experience in HR system implementation, project management or in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in implementing HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
