Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:

To support the effective delivery of HR Operations by managing employee benefits, leave and time administration, HR systems, compliance, employee relations, and HR analytics while ensuring efficient HR processes, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and high-quality employee services. The role also supports job evaluation initiatives, and organizational structure management to strengthen HR governance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee benefits administration through a data-driven approach to enhance efficiency, cost optimization, and employee experience.
  • Implement and administer the Company's Leave Management and Time Management policies to ensure operational continuity and policy compliance.
  • Process and administer employee probation confirmations, extensions, and related documentation in accordance with Company policies.
  • Manage SAP Fiori HR modules covering attendance, leave management, employee entitlements, benefits administration, hiring, and separation processes.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI and SAP Analytics dashboards.
  • Administer Group Life, EOBI, and Medical Insurance programs, including claims processing, policy renewals, vendor coordination, and reporting to senior management and the Board.
  • Lead HR digitalization and SAP automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions, improve process turnaround time, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR system improvements.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy through validation controls, audit coordination, reconciliation, and management reporting.
  • Act as the primary focal point for employee relations matters, legal and compliance issues, policy interpretation, disciplinary matters, and employee grievance handling and resolution.
  • Support job evaluation exercises, job grading, and maintenance of job architecture in line with organizational policies.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding, HR documentation, and system enablement of new hires.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR process automation initiatives to improve service delivery and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards related to compensation, benefits, employee services, and HR operations.
  • Maintain HR data integrity within SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master 's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent
  • foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1 - 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
  • Experience with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Fiori modules; exposure to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects will be an advantage.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
  • Work effectively and efficiently as to overcome all delays in employee leave regularization, delays in final settlement process and ensure timely solution of all the compliances.
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
