We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talent while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This role is critical to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration in the fast-paced events industry.
Position: HR Manager - Generalist
Office Location: Clifton/DHA, Karachi
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles in event management, Sales, marketing, operations, and other departments.
- →Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and motivation through team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- →Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, setting KPIs relevant to the events industry and ensuring constructive feedback mechanisms.
- →HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
- →Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
- →Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits programs, and compensation structures to ensure employee satisfaction.
- →Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs for exhibitions and events, ensuring adequate resources during peak seasons.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum Master's degree in Human Resources Management. (Certifications & other qualifications preferred)
- 5-7 years of HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
