Responsibilities

→Develop and implement Safety Management System SOPs, policies, and procedures in line with company and global safety standards, as well as legal requirements.
→Lead incident/injury investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
→Monitor HSE programs and provide risk management guidance to management.
→Develop and execute HSE training plans for plant teams and contractor personnel.
→Maintain and report monthly safety performance data (leading and lagging indicators).
→Coordinate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) activities and track implementation of recommendations.
→Conduct Management Safety Audits and ensure closure of action items.
→Ensure regular HSE committee meetings and timely completion of assigned actions.
→Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans, including drills and post-drill action tracking.
→Establish health and hygiene management systems at site.
→Manage environmental compliance and submit periodic environmental performance reports to SEPA.
