We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer with experience in Real Estate or Property Development to support the company's digital branding, online campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. The role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use property projects to strengthen online presence and drive qualified leads.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling digital campaigns, social media marketing, project launches, and online lead generation within the real estate industry. Exposure to property marketing, broker-focused campaigns, and coordination with sales teams and agencies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management
  • Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for property projects across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Support digital initiatives for project launches, property promotions, open house events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with branding objectives, sales targets, and lead generation goals.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Manage and optimize online lead generation campaigns to drive quality inquiries and property sales opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, engagement, and conversion metrics using digital analytics tools.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to monitor lead quality and customer engagement.
Content & Brand Management
  • Oversee content development for websites, social media pages, online advertisements, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creatives, photographers, videographers, and agencies for digital content production and project marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and project positioning across all digital platforms.
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Project Development, and Management regarding marketing requirements and campaign timelines.
  • Liaise with external advertising agencies, media partners, digital suppliers, and event partners for campaign execution.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, project schedules, and promotional activities.
Market & Competitor Monitoring
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor campaigns, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving digital strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies relevant to property marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience within Real Estate, Property Development, or related industries.
  • Strong background in handling digital campaigns, social media marketing, and online lead generation for property projects.
  • Experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with project/property marketing, broker campaigns, and real estate customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Creative, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
