Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with HR and business goals
Create engaging content for company announcements, newsletters, and internal platforms
Support and drive employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns
Collaborate with HR teams on initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and employer branding
Manage communication channels such as intranet, email, and social collaboration tools
Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement activities, and provide actionable insights
Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all internal communications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR-related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience in handling events, campaigns, or employee programs is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or communication tools (e.g., intranet platforms, email marketing tools)
