Finance Associate Manager - Project Controllership

We are looking for Finance Associate Manager - Project Controllership for a company within the utility industry.

The Finance Associate Manager for Project Controllership focuses on the financial management and oversight of CAPEX-related transactions. This role ensures that capital expenditures are processed, recorded, and reported accurately in alignment with concession commitments.

• →Review and validate all CAPEX-related transactions to ensure they strictly follow concession project commitments
• →Lead the administration, monitoring, and reporting of CAPEX budgets to maintain financial discipline
• →Manage the end-to-end CAPEX financial closing process, ensuring all entries are timely and accurate while resolving any related dependencies
• →Maintain "operational housekeeping" and implement governance practices for CAPEX accounts to sustain high audit compliance standards
• →Identify and support initiatives that improve the efficiency and accuracy of project controllership workflows

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related business course; CPA license is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience specifically in Project or Construction accounting
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office for analyzing large datasets and creating financial analyses
• Preference for candidates familiar with SAP modules such as FICO, PS, MM, or Asset Accounting

Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid | 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH

Work Schedule: Dayshift (M-F)
