Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 810 years progressive HR leadership experience, preferably at Director, AVP, or VP level.
Strong background in labor union management and CBA negotiations.
Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven capability in managing unionized environments and leading large-scale HR initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

→Lead and oversee all facets of HR: recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, organizational development, and compliance.
→Manage labor union relations, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
→Ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws and represent the company in DOLE, NLRC, and other labor-related government proceedings.
→Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
→Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide solutions that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
→Drive organizational culture-building programs, foster employee engagement, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
→Develop and implement HR policies and systems that support long-term growth and people development.
