Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and roadmap.
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications.
Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.

Implement IT security policies and cybersecurity frameworks.
Ensure data protection and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage IT risks and disaster recovery planning.

Lead implementation of IT systems, upgrades, and digital initiatives.
Manage IT projects from planning to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with vendors and technology partners.

Lead and develop the IT team across support, infrastructure, and systems.
Provide technical direction and support to business units.

Requirements
