The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, expand market reach, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across both traditional and digital platforms.
This position requires a strong balance of strategic planning, brand management, consumer insights, digital marketing, and on-ground activations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling tangible or consumer-driven products and leading high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business and sales objectives.
- Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence and consumer recall.
- Build long-term brand equity through consistent messaging, customer engagement, and strategic campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and marketing directions.
- Recommend innovative marketing approaches to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial goals.
- Manage annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and budget utilization.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct and interpret market research, customer studies, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze consumer preferences, buying behavior, and industry trends to improve campaign effectiveness and product positioning.
- Translate market insights into actionable marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign performance, brand health metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, online advertising, website campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital promotions.
- Drive brand visibility through integrated online and offline marketing efforts.
- Oversee content strategy and ensure consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.
- Monitor digital performance metrics including engagement, reach, lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to execute creative campaigns and multimedia marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's digital presence and customer engagement initiatives.
Events, Activations & Experiential Marketing
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, dealer events, customer activations, brand launches, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activities.
- Develop high-impact on-ground campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer relationships.
- Coordinate with partners, suppliers, agencies, and event organizers to ensure successful event execution.
- Oversee promotional activities, merchandising initiatives, and brand visibility programs across various channels.
- Evaluate activation effectiveness and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, digital providers, and external vendors.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign updates, and business recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure efficient management of marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
- At least 8–15 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within consumer products, automotive, retail, FMCG, industrial, or related industries.
- Strong background in:

- Experience handling tangible or consumer-driven products is highly preferred.

- Experience managing external agencies and marketing vendors is an advantage.\
