Ladgov Corporation is seeking qualified Virtual Fitness & Wellness Instructors to provide live, interactive online wellness classes for Veterans and VA staff. Instructors will lead safe, engaging, and trauma-sensitive wellness sessions through two-way video.
Classes may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Pilates/Barre, HIIT, resistance training, aerobics, and other wellness activities.

Remote / Virtual
Services support VA VISN 4 Veterans and staff throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Requirements
Ladgov Corporation is seeking qualified Virtual Fitness & Wellness Instructors to provide live, interactive online wellness classes for Veterans and VA staff. Instructors will lead safe, engaging, and trauma-sensitive wellness sessions through two-way video.
Classes may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Pilates/Barre, HIIT, resistance training, aerobics, and other wellness activities.
Schedule
- Monday through Sunday
- Program minimum: 5 live classes per day Monday-Friday
- 2 live classes per day on weekends
- Classes may be scheduled during the day or evening
Remote / Virtual
Services support VA VISN 4 Veterans and staff throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Requirements
- Current certification in the fitness/wellness modality being taught
- Training/certification in trauma-sensitive practices
- Ability to provide safe and engaging live virtual instruction
- Understanding of participant safety and Veteran-specific needs
- Comfortable providing instruction through two-way video
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate device/equipment
