  Must be 19 years of age or older

  Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

• →

  Eight (8) years of culinary management experience in a large, multi-outlet casino/hotel environment

• →

  Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory capacity

• →

  Thorough knowledge of food and beverage planning and production procedures

• →

  Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

• Forecasting and cost analysis

• Ability to stand and move throughout kitchen operations for extended periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment

• Must be able to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs

• Travel is required for this position
