The Opportunity
Indonesia is a key growth market for Hubexo, and we are investing heavily in expanding both our customer base and our team.
We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This role is more than just managing accounts — it is a pathway into a Team Lead position.
You will:
Own and grow a portfolio of customers
Drive retention, adoption, and long-term value
Play a key role in building and scaling the local team
Step into leadership by mentoring, coaching, and onboarding team members

What You’ll Do
Customer Retention & Growth (Core Focus)
Own a portfolio of clients with a strong focus on retention, renewals, and expansion
Ensure customers are continuously deriving value and growing their business using our platform
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to maximise customer lifetime value
Drive product adoption and long-term engagement
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
Act as a strategic partner, helping customers grow and succeed
Deliver consultative, insight-led conversations that go beyond support
Performance & Results
Consistently exceed retention and revenue targets
Use data and insights to manage account health and performance
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the Key Accounts team
Leadership Development
Support onboarding of new hires and help scale the Indonesia team
Coach and mentor team members
Lead by example as a top performer and culture carrier
Contribute to building a high-performance, retention-focused team
Gradually take on leadership responsibilities as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years + proven track record of high performance in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention roles
Strong experience in B2B industry - SaaS, technology, or solution-based environments ideal
Demonstrated ability to retain, grow, and expand customer accounts
Highly driven, energetic, and results-oriented mindset
Natural leadership potential with a desire to step into a people management role
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Southeast Asia (especially Indonesia) is highly valued
Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia is required
