About the Role
~1 min readBased in Nipaluna (Hobart), you'll play a key role in strengthening Hydro Tasmania's risk and resilience capability. Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk & Assurance, you'll oversee the Integrated Business Risk Management Framework, Business Continuity Framework, Security of Critical Infrastructure program and Emergency Management Framework. You'll partner with leaders across the business to identify, assess and mitigate risk, support enterprise-wide resilience planning, and drive continuous improvement in risk culture. This role offers broad organisational exposure, significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across Tasmania's largest renewable energy business.

Coordinate SOCI compliance obligations and reporting activities

Requirements

Qualification in Risk, Governance, Business or similar

Experience managing enterprise risk frameworks

Knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management principles

Experience developing business continuity plans

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
