About the Role
~1 min readBased in the North/North-West of Tasmania, you will be responsible for delivering both WHS partnering and WHS training across Hydro Tasmania’s operations. Within this dynamic role, you will work with leaders and teams in both field and office environments to strengthen safety culture, embed safe systems of work and provide practical WHS guidance.

• Build and maintain successful relationships relevant to the role’s purpose and contribute the accomplishing WHS team goals

Requirements
~1 min read- Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment highly regarded
- Strong demonstrated experience developing and delivering WHS training and induction programs
- Experience with coaching and mentoring related to WHS
- Strong people skills with the ability to build strong and effective relationships
