Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our New Accounts team as a Retail Application Operations Associate I. Successful candidates are analytical, methodical, and have strong initiative. We offer you a position that will both challenge and reward you. In addition, you will join an exciting team that is helping shape one of the world's strongest brokerage brands.

• →Validate and screen documents received from clients who are opening accounts under the UK and US entities
• →Follow up with clients regarding any pending documents
• →Reviewing regulatory checks such as OFAC and World Checks
• →Coordinate with Compliance to get the documents/accounts approved

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be preferred.
