An understanding of practical resolutions to real-world construction issues is a must.

In this position, you will:

  • Advise clients on construction-related transactional issues and claims analysis
  • Assist with contract review, drafting, and negotiation
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents

  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices
  • Receive training with increasing levels of responsibility and opportunities for advancement

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and business judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States
