The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Research Analyst to join our team at IDR. In this role, you will be the key liaison between IDR and its experts ensuring a seamless project experience for new and current experts within IDR's network. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across international teams and industries, while playing a central part in the expert engagement process. As an Research Analyst, you'll play a key role in connecting our clients with C-level and senior industry experts around the world, managing research projects, and quotas, and deadlines. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, international collaboration, and the satisfaction of directly contributing to high-impact strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Needs Analysis:

Understand each client's project goals and research needs to deliver tailored expert solutions.

  • Expert Sourcing & Outreach:

Identify, reach out to, and recruit top professionals for interviews, surveys, and consultations using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools & cold calling.

  • Expert Screening:

Evaluate and screen experts to ensure they meet client criteria and compliance standards.

  • Rate Negotiation & Alignment:

Negotiate consultation rates and manage expectations with experts to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

  • Project Coordination:

Coordinate communications, scheduling, and project logistics between clients and experts.

  • Database & Records Management:

Maintain detailed records of experts and participants, including compliance and payment information, ensuring all databases and trackers are up to date.

  • Expert Experience Management:

Provide a smooth and professional experience for experts from onboarding through project completion.

  • Compliance & Security:

Uphold IDR's compliance and information security policies throughout all project phases.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences or a related field.
Experience:
0–2 years of professional experience.
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work full-time onsite in Mexico (authorization to work required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Adaptability, resilience, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in research, consulting, or expert networking industries.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

What We Offer
Compensation: MX$20,000 – 25,000/month + Commission
Healthcare: Reimbursable medical insurance (post-probation)
Vacation: 15 paid vacation days annually (after one year), plus national public holidays
Paid Time Off: 1 additional floating day per year for personal or mental health use
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
Job Type: Permanent
