About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Digital Producer to join our website migration project team as we move from an MVC platform to a new headless CMS. You’ll play a key role in ensuring content is accurately migrated, structured, and published in the new environment, working closely with the Senior Digital Producer and a team of Digital Producers and Content Strategists.

You’ll combine attention to detail with strong production and coordination skills, ensuring a smooth and consistent content authoring process that maintains the integrity of the brand and enhances the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the content authoring and migration process using new, pre-built components and templates.
  • Author, QA, and publish website content within the headless CMS environment.
  • Track and prioritise content tasks in collaboration with the Senior Digital Producer.
  • Ensure migrated content is structured correctly and optimised for accessibility, SEO, and readability.
  • Identify any content gaps, issues, or dependencies and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress tracking, and reporting on migration status.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in digital production, website management, or content publishing roles.
  • Hands on expertise in content production and governance within Sitecore CMS.
  • Experience working on large-scale website migrations or replatforming projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
  • Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing content workflows across multiple site sections or stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable applying agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Miro, JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
