Aged Care Worker

IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged Care Worker to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, elderly support, patient assistance, and daily living support services to senior patients in a professional healthcare environment.

• →Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• →Assist elderly patients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities (ADLs)
• →Monitor and record vital signs and patient health conditions
• →Support medication reminders under nurse supervision
• →Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly patients
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• →Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with patient care tasks
• →Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and healthcare safety standards
• →Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation

• Proven experience as an Aged Care Worker, Caregiver, Nursing Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant
• Knowledge of elderly care, patient handling, and infection control procedures
• Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring and healthcare documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude
• Ability to work shift schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Certificate or diploma in Nursing Assistant, Healthcare, or Elderly Care
• DHA eligibility or healthcare certification in UAE (preferred)
• Experience in hospital, nursing home, or home care settings
