Housekeeping Attendant

IIQAF Group is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort by cleaning guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and facilities while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, Hotel Housekeeper, Housekeeper, Cleaner, Room Cleaner, Guest Room Attendant, Hospitality Housekeeper, Hotel Cleaner, or Public Area Attendant.

• →Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• →Make beds, replace linens, change towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• →Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect rooms and common areas.
• →Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met.
• →Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, or equipment to the engineering or maintenance team.
• →Restock housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• →Respond promptly to guest requests, including extra towels, bedding, and room supplies.
• →Follow housekeeping schedules and complete room assignments efficiently.
• →Maintain proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• →Adhere to health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• →Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
• →Handle lost and found items according to company procedures.
• →Maintain accurate housekeeping records and daily cleaning checklists.
• →Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous service to guests.
• →Support deep cleaning projects and special housekeeping assignments when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, Housekeeper, Hotel Cleaner, Cleaner, Public Area Attendant, or Hospitality Housekeeper is preferred.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hospitality establishments, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hospitality service standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
