Responsibilities

→Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
→Assist in the recruitment process, including screen resumes and application forms
→Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
→Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
→Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
→Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
→Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
