Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- →Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- →Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- →Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- →Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- →Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements
~1 min read- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
