This 6 month, hybrid internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in modern digital operations, agile project management, and cross-functional coordination. You will assist in keeping our project ecosystems running smoothly, ensuring task deadlines are tracked, and facilitating collaborative meetings. Responsibilities
~1 min read- Ecosystem Maintenance: Assist in updating, organizing, and optimizing project management boards in Asana and Jira.
- Deadline Tracking: Proactively monitor project timelines, identify potential task delays, and follow up with team members to gather status updates.
- Capacity Tracking: Help track and document team capacity and resource allocation to support the Associate Manager in prioritization efforts.
- Intake Support: Help manage the incoming queue of content and enablement requests, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist in drafting agendas and gathering materials for bi-monthly syncs with various enablement teams.
- Action Item Tracking: Attend key cross-functional alignment sessions to capture detailed meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Meeting Coordination: Support the scheduling, setup, and logistics of critical team events (e.g., Monday morning standups, bi-weekly syncs, monthly OKR reviews).
- Documentation & Templates: Help maintain clean internal documentation and assist in building or updating key presentation templates (e.g., template decks for educational content).
- Collaboration Cultivation: Contribute to a positive and transparent team dynamic by supporting internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, Project Management, Film & Media with Production specialization, or a related field.
- 1+ years of professional work experience (including corporate internships, university administration, or relevant cooperative work placements).
- Hands-on experience working with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain data integrity across spreadsheets, tracking boards, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders across different levels.
- A strong interest in SaaS products, Customer Education, Enablement, or digital academies is a nice-to-have.
