The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:

$16 - $18

Eat. Sleep. Clean. Repeat: Our Custodian works full-time, Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-9:00pm or until all the main cleaning responsibilities are done for the day. We take great pride in hiring Custodians who can handle the hard work, take initiative, and work great with other employees.

A Day in the Life

• Arrive to the warehouse on time and ready to work
• Rotate through cleaning duties as needed per day:
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
  • Clean restrooms and kitchens
  • Clean office areas
  • Clean windows
  • Lawn mowing and snow removal

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Self-starter with a high productivity level
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
