Description

Assist in Maintenance Tasks: Help with routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and fixtures.

Respond to Requests: Address emergency maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and machinery, along with familiarity with hand and power tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
