RCS Senior Analyst

This is a remote position. Hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekends are required.

The Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing, validating, maintaining, and monitoring reimbursement, pricing, and revenue cycle data to support accurate billing, reimbursement integrity, and operational performance across specialty service lines. This role serves as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reimbursement validation, process improvement, and revenue integrity, utilizing data to identify trends, investigate variances, uncover root causes, and recommend solutions that improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.

• 
•At least one year of experience in hospital or physician billing strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of payer billing requirements and regulations.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

•    Experience identifying trends, variances, root causes, and operational opportunities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
•    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
