Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager is responsible for building and running a scalable, data-driven recruitment engine across the organization. The role owns recruitment processes, systems (e.g. Pinpoint), analytics and reporting, and governance, ensuring consistent candidate experience, operational excellence, and transparency for leadership.

This role ensures recruiters and hiring managers to hire faster and better — through strong processes, automation, and insights. Through data you will identifying the opportunities for performance improvements within all of Talent Acquisition, with partner organisations within inDrive, with external partner organisations, and facilitate and support improvement projects across TA, PnC and the business.
