Head of Global Content & Distribution

The Head of Film & Global Distribution leads inDrive's global film initiative as an end-to-end owner. The role sets strategic direction and drives execution across two pillars: 

(1) the nomadic Alternativa Film Festival, and 
(2) the newly launched Impact Scouting, Creation & Distribution program.

Success means (1) positioning Alternativa as a globally recognized player in impact cinema, building a credible international brand, and (2) establishing a sustainable system for bringing transformational films from the Global South to a global scale, maximizing audience reach through multi-platform distribution.

You will be responsible for the strategic development and building a global system for scouting, creating, and distributing transformational films and series. The ambition is to reach hundreds of millions of people worldwide and, through that, help reduce major social problems. We are looking for someone with strong experience in the film industry and the ability to build systems, not just run projects.
