Reports To: Applications Engineering Program Manager

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is the largest independent full-line manufacturer of custom power distribution systems in North America. Responsibilities

→Catalog existing Application Engineering training materials and engineering documents across current storage locations.
→Organize and upload content into SharePoint following a defined site structure and naming standards.
→Tag each resource by type, product, lifecycle phase, and audience to improve searchability and browsing.
→Cross-reference uploaded materials against a gap analysis to identify missing or outdated resources.
→Prepare an inventory summary (what exists, where it lives, and what is missing).
→Draft simple maintenance recommendations and suggest content owners (by manager/role) for each section to keep the catalog current over time.

Requirements

Currently enrolled at an accredited university studying Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

A populated AE SharePoint resource catalog, including:

Documented folder/section structure
Existing application engineering materials in appropriate sections
A short maintenance plan with proposed content ownership by manager/area
