Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: * Develop and execute comprehensive cost reduction strategies to achieve significant COBM% improvements (5-30% reduction in under a year) * Operational Infrastructure Improvement: * Direct infrastructure improvements to boost efficiency, deliverhigh-quality releases, and reduce systemic quality issues * Fab, Assembly, and Test Offloads: * Lead multiple offloads, including the successful bring-up of new process flows and establish clear quality deliverables for process sameness * Entitlement Cost Analysis and Competitive Solutions: * Deliver entitlement cost analysis and competitive solutions to meet aggressive pricing needs, directly contributing to securing new business wins and expanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM) * Customer Returns Management: * Implement a comprehensive framework for managing customer returns,improving team efficiency, and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement across operations * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations,engineering, and quality to drive systemic fixes, optimize processes,and implement cost reduction initiatives * Data-Driven Decision Making: * Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, measure the effectiveness of cost reduction initiatives, and inform strategic decisions * Identify areas for optimization, refine test protocols, and optimize package BOM to eliminate capacity bottle necks and increase throughput * Implement systemic fixes in test and manufacturing to ensure process excellence Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Electrical Engineering,Operations) * 8+ years of experience in operations management, cost reduction, and process improvement * Proven track record of delivering significant cost reductions (5-30%COBM% improvement) and efficiency improvements * Strong understanding of operational infrastructure, test and manufacturing processes, and quality management systems * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels * Experience with data analysis, entitlement cost analysis, and competitive solutions development * Experience with customer returns management and quality management systems is preferred #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
