As a Product Information Senior Manager on our Corporate team, you'll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon's Business thriving. Are you in? Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Develop and implement a centralized product data governance framework, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to licensing and regulatory requirements * Establish and maintain the information model and data model, ensuring data quality, integrity, and transparency * Develop the technical product maintenance hierarchy for our diverse product categories in collaboration with technical marketing and R&D * Influence and shape the development of PIM and DAM systems to ensure reliable and efficient content creation processes across IT systems * Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product data management strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and analytics partners and collaborate with leadership to anticipate future business requirements and develop a data strategy that supports customer-centricity, analytics and optimization * Foster collaboration with marketing teams to craft consistent and compelling product storytelling, aligning content and messaging with business objectives and serve as a key liaison with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency and timeliness of product information * Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance data to inform business strategy, content planning, and optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, manage projects, and oversee day-to-day execution of the team, driving continuous improvement and efficiency Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization, with a proven track record of success in product information management and knowledge about semiconductor product portfolio is of advantage * In-depth knowledge of content management, PIM, and DAM systems, with experience in implementing and governing these systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams * Experience in setting up and maintaining content creation and maintenance processes within PIM and DAM systems * Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, manage projects, and drive sustainable continuous improvement practices * Practice in working in agile teams as e.g. scrum, OKRs Contact: Bruna Fernandes, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
