Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You will support one of Infineon’s key transformation initiatives by supporting the delivery and coordination of digital learning projects within the Digital Learning Solutions team. Your primary focus will be operational execution, while gaining exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, and portfolio processes.
* Project Coordination Support: Assist Product Owners in tracking project progress ~~;~~ Help monitor milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and expectations
* Documentation Management: Contribute to maintaining clear and structured documentation of project information/acceptance criteria
* Agile/backlog Support: Assist in backlog-related activities, such as organizing inputs and updates (under guidance)
* Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance steps across project phases (e.g., deliverables); Support the review of training materials to ensure the correctness, completeness, and consistency for production
* Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing presentations, inputs, or summaries for stakeholder interactions ~~

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in structured environments and is curious about learning design and knowledge transfer. You have a keen eye for detail and are curious, creative, reflective, and motivated to continuously learn and develop.
* Education: Have a degree in Multimedia, Communication, Management, Marketing, Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
* Tools: Comfortable using PowerPoint; Experience with, or willingness to learn, e-learning and multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Tools and Articulate)
* Skills: Have strong editing skills, focusing on details
* Working Style: You manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic project environment, while enjoying the collaboration with international stakeholders
* Experience: Previous experience in training, communication, or content development is considered a plus
* Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); Knowledge of German is a plus
