Senior Engineer Technology Development

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations on technology, device and system level, shaping the next generations of High-Voltage Power Devices as part of a global development team * Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products * Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolSiC or JFET together with the process integration group * Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach * Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations * Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers * Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window * Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable * Experience in technology development or process integration as advantage * Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics * Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments * Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage * Excellent English communication skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
