Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Own and define the end-to-end Design System Infrastructure strategy for Infineon products, with a strong focus on enabling an IP-based economy * Act as Product Owner for Configuration Management and IP Lifecycle management by setting vision, roadmap, and priorities * Translate business and engineering needs into scalable platform capabilities and implement impactful solutions * Drive alignment with global stakeholders across R&D, CAD, and product teams * Provide technical direction and leadership for configuration management, data access, distribution and release processes (incl. best practices) and lead the data management team * Drive adoption of AI enabled infrastructure, leveraging CI/CD, and workflow optimization with an automation-first mindset * Monitor and continuously improve service quality and performance to increase user satisfaction Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or similar) * At least 6 years working experience in CAD or design system infrastructure within the semiconductor industry, including strong expertise in data and configuration management * Proven (technical) leadership, e.g. by leading teams, focus groups, or task forces with sound architecture/solution guidance * Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Perl, or equivalent) and solid Linux/Unix expertise * Sound understanding of CAD design flows and tool ecosystems plus configuration management and release concepts * Understanding and exposure to AI/ML-enabled engineering workflows (design flow optimization/ data-driven decision making systems) and CI/CD concepts * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments * Fluent English language skills, German is a plus Contact: Alexander Greie, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
