Senior Project Leader Project Management

Your Role As a Senior Project Leader , you take over a leading role to drive, grow and develop new products in the area of discrete devices. Key responsibilities in your new role * As a D project manager, you are responsible for the success of the entire product development life cycle including all dedicated subprojects * You act as the PJO of the subprojects (like A, T, MK, etc.) depending on the D project setup * Full responsibility for project: cost, timeline, scope, quality, resource planning, tracking and reporting in a proactive project management mindset * Take the lead and responsibility in the area of product development activities * Deliverance and execution of the project work packages using internal project management tools and procedures * Be the voice of the business line in all aspects related to your projects * Collaborate closely with marketing to define scope, time, and budget for the assigned projects and subprojects * Risks definition, identification and executing predefine mitigation & preventive measures * Set and manage expectations with other departments, senior management, and external stakeholders * Driving clear decision-making including proper stakeholder management and recording Your Profile Your track record shows the ability to handle multiple interdependency project variables across different sites. You demonstrate strong communication skills through clarity of the message. Your experience in planning, reporting and managing projects builds up the right imagine for your project in front of upper management. You can find agile solutions for competing resource needs and show case the ability to judge and contain project risk according to project management principles. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics) as a must * Project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation (+ 2 years) * Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA D) as a must (IPAM C strong advantage) * Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation (+ 5 years) * Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding * Possess fluent English skills (certification would represent a strong advantage) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
