Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Highly experienced Semiconductor Failure Analysis Engineer with a comprehensive background in SEM/EDX, FIB Circuit Editing, and advanced Package Analysis. * Proven expertise in executing non-destructive evaluations (X-Ray, CSAM) and destructive analysis (Laser/Acid Decapsulation). * Specialized in complex sample preparation, including embedded cross-sectioning and chemical delayering, to deliver precise root cause identification for wafer and package failures. * Capable of managing end-to-end analytical workflows from initial inspection to final circuit. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
