As a Software Operations & Process Excellence Specialist on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Software Operations & Process Excellence Specialist, you establish the operational foundations that allow software enabled offerings to scale within a hardware led business. You will join the Software Business Enablement team within the Software Transformation organization and define the business processes that enable reliable and consistent software handling across channels. * Design end-to-end business processes for software across ordering and delivery stages * Define standard rules for software access and lifecycle handling * Reduce friction across order-to-cash for software-enabled offerings * Enable scalable sales and after-sales processes for software * Partner with business units and support functions on operational software topics * Drive process consistency across customer and offer types * Identify operational and scalability risks early and improve process concepts Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed We are looking for a structured and solution‑oriented professional with strong process expertise and the ability to work across functions. The ideal candidate combines operational experience with a pragmatic mindset to design scalable and reliable software processes. * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (mandatory) * At least 5 years of professional experience in software, technology and/or semiconductor business operations or process excellence roles (mandatory) * Solid understanding of order-to-cash and after-sales processes across digital and indirect channels (mandatory) * Strong process design and analytical thinking skills with a focus on scalability (mandatory) * Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (mandatory) * Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage Please send us your CV in English.
