Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Own the end-to-end delivery of AI (Agentic) use cases, from ideation and qualification through design, implementation, testing, rollout, and operational readiness * Lead the design and execution of AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist, workflow automation, and related capabilities * Act as the primary owner of AI use cases, orchestrating collaboration across HR, IT, Process Experts, Run teams, and external partners * Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions, ensuring feasibility, quality, and measurable business value * Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and governance, including reporting and stakeholder communication for MyHR AI initiatives * Ensure adoption, smooth handover, and operational readiness of delivered AI solutions * Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through intelligent automation and agentic AI Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, IT, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in HR technology, ServiceNow, AI solutions delivery, or enterprise digital transformation * Strong expertise in ServiceNow and enterprise workflow solutions, with hands-on experience in solution design and delivery * Solid technical foundation, including scripting and automation (JavaScript preferred) and translating business needs into technical solutions * Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, supported by strong communication, planning, and coordination skills * Experience or exposure to AI/GenAI, including ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist, or similar agentic AI solutions (HRSD knowledge is a plus) * Builder mentality, strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution * Fluent English skills Please send us your CV in English.
