Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Taking ownership: You take over the PO role for a project, which involves the set-up of new structures in China, with a focus on Change & Communication, Test Management and meeting moderation * Driving performance: You support operational KPI tracking and contribute to Process Mining activities to identify improvement opportunities * Coordinating projects: You provide PMO support for a strategic initiative to increase our delivery speed and resilience here at Global Logistics, including planning, milestone tracking, action item follow-up and stakeholder alignment * Creating visibility: You contribute to the branding of Global Logistics by preparing communication material, presentations and consistent messaging across channels * Keeping things running: You support organization and administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation and meeting logistics Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Study field: You are currently studying Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science and similar * Interests: You are passionate about global logistics and connections, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset * Experience: You have ideally gained some experience in consulting, project management, data analytics as well as initial experience in a multinational work environment * Skills: You are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office * Personality: You have excellent communication, conceptual, and analytical skills and are willing to learn and grow in a multinational company * Availability: You are available for 15–20 hrs/week (working student) for at least six months ideally beginning on 15 August 2026 * Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken Please attach the following documents to your application: * CV in English * Certificate of enrollment at university * Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) * High school report Important information for working students: * Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. * Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months. * You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
