Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Familiarize self on the administration, review, and reporting of Travel and Expenses. Create, process, and reconcile invoices received on a periodic basis. Experience ledger management in systems such as MS Great Plains and other similar platforms. Take part in the provision of timely, accurate, and insightful reports to analyze and present the firm's profitability across multiple dimensions. Participate in the financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculation activities and compliance of the management company and its entities. Assist on tax information review, reporting, and compliance works. Upskill self on trainings provided by the Learning and Development, and Finance teams for easier transition in-between accounting teams. Any related process as required by the firm Requirements Qualifications: CPA preferred, but not required. Knowledge of corporate finance, general fund accounting principles and the capital markets. Knowledge and understanding of investment and financial products including equities, derivatives, FX, and fixed income. Excellent communication skills. Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively Must be proactive, engaging, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics. The candidate should be willing to undergo rotational schedule (ideally moving across groups and LOBs) for the duration of the program.
