What is the role that we need? An Operational Audit role focuses on evaluating and improving an organization’s internal processes, operational efficiency, and compliance with policies. The role involves reviewing workflows, identifying risks or inefficiencies, analyzing operational performance, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity, cost control, and overall business effectiveness. Operational auditors work closely with different departments to ensure operations align with company objectives and industry standards. Download a list of Repair Orders (RO) to be audited for each location separately in Excel format using the highlighted export function. Once the ROs are downloaded the are copied to our check list (Estimator Score Card March) Using the check list we identify critical (yellow) and non-critical errors (grey). This scorecard is also used for assessing the shops’ performance A Critical error is the reason to reopen RO that prevents it from exporting to the accounting system. Estimators and general managers are required to fix errors and reclose the ROs Once the ROs are audited the are manually pushed to the accounting. This is our goal to automate the process of exporting the ROs to accounting. The system will automatically push an RO in 5 days after it was closed. The auditor has 5 days to audit and RO and reopen if necessary Requirements 1. Knowledgeable in spreadsheets, computing application and word processing applications 2. Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance policies and procedures 3. Can work independently to conform to tight deadlines 4. Has excellent English, written and oral, communication skills 5. Good analytical ability with excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills and outstanding attention to details 6. Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and be able to implement any Service Level Agreement and metrics as per agreed with the client 7. Must have excellent typing skills 8. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Graduate of Accounting or Equivalent (Accounting Technology) Fresh Grads are welcome to apply Experience in working as a book keeper is an advantage.
