Infopro Learning is seeking a Project & Communications Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative within the financial services sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-to-mid career professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, creating executive-ready communications, and partnering closely with senior leaders driving organizational change.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and strong execution is critical to success.

Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination activities across multiple workstreams

  • Maintain project plans, action logs, status reports, and tracking tools

  • Develop and update executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials

  • Draft stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions

  • Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track progress against commitments

  • Help prepare leadership updates and transformation program communications

  • Partner closely with senior project and change leaders to keep initiatives moving forward

  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and communication quality

  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project management support, change management support, communications, consulting, or transformation environments

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience organizing information and translating complex topics into clear, concise messaging

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional presence and comfort working with senior stakeholders

  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, insurance, consulting, or corporate transformation initiatives is a plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI productivity tools is beneficial
