Key responsibilities

Design and develop GenAI-powered models and prompt frameworks
Implement GenAI analysis results
Develop AI logic to: Identify repeated items across Data sources and detect systemic issues and patterns
Build quality analysis and scoring models to rate assessment reports (0–100%) based on predefined criteria
Collaborate with Data Engineers to:
- Access structured and unstructured assessment data
- Utilize vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval
Continuously refine AI outputs through:
- User query analysis
- UAT feedback
- Prompt optimization and model fine-tuning
Support go‑live validation, performance monitoring, and AI accuracy improvements post-deployment.

Required

4+ years of experience in Data Science / Applied AI
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- GenAI / LLMs
- NLP techniques
- Prompt engineering and agentic workflows
Experience working with vector databases and RAG-based architecture.
Proven ability to translate business rules and evaluation frameworks into AI logic
Strong analytical and explainability mindset able to justify AI outputs to business stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise assessment, audit, or performance management systems
Exposure to SAP-integrated AI solutions
