You’ll develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for large-scale data center construction projects.

You’ll collaborate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to establish project sequencing, milestones, and critical path activities.

You’ll perform schedule analysis, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.

You’ll support project controls activities including forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule reporting.

You’ll analyze schedule impacts related to scope changes, procurement delays, and construction activities.

You’ll facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to leadership and client teams.

You’ll ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resource plans, and construction execution strategies.

You’ll support commissioning and turnover planning activities for mission-critical systems.

You’ll prepare executive-level dashboards, progress reports, and schedule performance metrics.

You’ll work with Primavera P6 and other project controls tools to maintain schedule accuracy and integrity.

Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field – Experience may be substituted for the right candidate

Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects

Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software

Experience developing and managing CPM schedules throughout the full project lifecycle

Experience working on hyperscale data center programs

Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles

Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools

Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously

Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments

PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification preferred

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
