You’ll create, maintain, and update integrated schedules for industrial infrastructure projects using Primavera P6, ensuring plans accurately reflect current site conditions.
You’ll develop and maintain S-curves to monitor physical and financial progress, supporting reliable performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
You’ll coordinate with construction, engineering, and supplier teams to capture actual progress, schedule deviations, and emerging execution requirements.
You’ll identify and manage critical paths, project risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays to support timely and informed decision-making.
You’ll prepare weekly and monthly executive reports in Spanish and English, communicating schedule performance and key project insights to management.
You’ll collaborate closely with QA/QC teams, field supervisors, and the Project Management Office to align planning, controls, and site execution.
You’ll participate in project review meetings with clients, presenting schedule status, deviations, risks, and required corrective actions.
You’ll apply LEAN Construction, Scrum, Agile, or PMP principles to improve project planning, coordination, and execution.
You’ll propose and lead schedule recovery plans when delays occur, coordinating actions that help restore progress and achieve project objectives.
You’ll ensure contractual milestones and billing-related dates are met while acting as the link between project execution teams and executive management.
At least 5 years of scheduling experience on industrial projects, preferably involving medium- or high-voltage substations and transmission lines.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience supporting industrial infrastructure, construction, energy, or similarly complex project environments.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory, along with professional fluency in Spanish and English for documentation and executive reporting.
Proven experience managing schedules, critical paths, risks, competing priorities, executive communications, problem-solving, and results-focused decision-making in high-pressure environments.
PMP certification or formal training in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with LEAN Construction practices and their application to project planning and execution.
Previous experience supporting projects for CFE.
Experience scheduling medium- or high-voltage substations and transmission-line projects.
Strong executive-level presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
A self-driven, organized, proactive, and goal-oriented working style.
Current residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate there.
